Türkiye's published e-visa list runs to 48 countries and includes Nigeria, alongside Ghana and Kenya. Only nine African countries are on it — Uganda is not, and Ugandan applicants must apply in person. Applications go through evisa.gov.tr; lookalike sites charge a markup for the same form.
