  3. Fly to Maputo via Addis Ababa or Johannesburg

    Ethiopian Airlines flies Accra (ACC) → Addis (ADD) → Maputo (MPM). Total: ~9–12 hours.

Mozambique launched its eVisa portal on 11 February 2026. The exemption list covers Botswana, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania at three months and a longer group including South Africa and Uganda at 30 days; everyone else pays USD 50 on arrival or applies through the portal.
