Morocco's electronic visa is open to Ghanaians only if you also hold a valid residence permit from a Schengen state, Ireland, the US, Australia, the UK, Canada, Japan or New Zealand. Without one, the embassy is the only route.
Morocco's list is specific and enforced: photographs at 3.5×4.5 cm on white or light blue, three months of bank statements, travel insurance, a flight reservation rather than a ticket, and a hotel voucher.
